２．外国の大学の教育課程の一環として、大学の単位となる
３．インターンシップの内容と学生の専攻との間に関連性がある
４．外国の大学と日本の企業等との間に契約があり、十分な受け入れ態勢・指導体制が確保されている
５．１年を超えない期間で、大学の修了年限の２分の１を超えない期間
上記の要件を満たさない場合は、違う在留資格が用意されています。
無報酬で９０日を超えない場合は、短期滞在
無報酬で９０日を超える場合は、文化活動
報酬はあるが大学の単位とはならない場合は、特定活動サマージョブ
外国の学生をインターンシップによって受け入れる予定の企業は、インターンシップの内容により外国の学生の在留資格を考える必要があります。
