Immigration examinations for Highly Skilled Professional are given priority in early processing.
For applications related to immigration pre-screening, it is expected to be within 10 days of receipt of the application.
For applications related to examination, it is expected to be within 5 days of receipt of the application.
The pre-immigration examination is considered to be the examination of the application for issuance of the status of residence certificate, and the application related to the status of residence examination is considered to be the application for permission to change the status of residence, but both have never been approved in this number of days.
The examination is certainly faster than a normal application, but I have never been able to get results so quickly.
Results may come out during this period for local immigration bureaus, but my application for Tokyo regional immigration bureaus takes time.
I think that the results will come out in the above number of days, and it is better not to make a schedule in anticipation of that.

入国事前審査は、在留資格認定証明書交付申請の審査と思われ、在留審査に係る申請とは在留資格変更許可申請と思われますが、両方ともこの日数では許可になったことがありません。
通常の申請に比較すれば確かに審査は早いですが、ここまで早く結果が出たためしはありません。
地方入管ではこの期間で結果がでるかもしれませんが、東京入管での私の申請では時間が掛かっています。
上記の日数で結果が出ると思い、それを見越したスケジュールを組まない方が良いと思われます。
