留学の場合は、週に28時間の労働が可能です。

さらに、会社を移る場合（転職）は、所属機関変更ということで、入管に届け出なければなりません。
留学や就労系ビザの場合だと、日本で働くには就労時間や仕事内容の制限があります。
また、留学が終わればそれでビザは終了しますし、就労系ビザは会社を辞めた後にすぐに就職できなければ、基本的には無職状態が３か月続けばで失効してしまいます。
しかし「日本人の配偶者等」は、
・どのような仕事でもできて、
・就労時間も28時間といった制限はありません。
日本人の配偶者等のビザは、他のビザと同じく１年・３年・５年と期限がありますが、日本人との婚姻関係が続く限り、更新が可能です。
このような日本で働くには魅力的な在留資格なので、日本に就労目的で、日本人と結婚しようと思う外国人も出てきます。
いわゆる「偽装結婚」です。
そのような方を入管は警戒していますので、「日本人の配偶者等」のビザを取る場合に必要な書類として、質問書というものがあります。

偽装結婚して、日本で働こうというフラチな考えの外国人を排除して、

が結婚するという申請に許可を与えるために、質問書というものを入管は要求しています。
フォームは下記のものになります。
質問書の内容は、
・結婚に至ったいきさつ、なれそめ
・出会いからお付き合いのプロセス
・言語が違う二人がどのようにコミュニケーションをとっているか？
・お互いの親族について
・仕事について
・結婚歴
などなど、さまざまな質問があります。
このフォームは結婚する二人が自筆で記入するもので、残念ながら、行政書士が代書するということができません。
これだけは、がんばって書いていただく必要があります。
これだけの質問に真摯に答える
という行為で、入管は二人の結婚に対する真剣さを試しているのでしょう。
さらに、このフォームに記載されていますが、
・二人での写真
・メールや手紙でのやり取り
などの書類を添付して、この質問書に記載した付き合いのプロセスを証明する必要があります。
この写真やメール・手紙をケチってはいけません。これでもか・これでもか、というくらいに大量の写真やメール・手紙でのやり取りを添付するのが、この在留資格を許可にもっていくためのコツです。
このような少し気恥ずかしい書類をそろえてるというのが、この日本人の配偶者等の在留資格の特徴となります。
