技術・人文知識・国際業務のような就労系の在留資格は、

という、２重の縛りがあります。
仕事を変えたくても、大学などで学んだ知識を生かす仕事でないと許可は下りませんし、
同じような業務の会社でも、所属機関変更届を入管に出さなくてはなりません。
さらに同じような仕事の会社でも、違う業種の会社で仕事内容が違えば
「就労資格証明書」の交付申請を出しておかなければなりません。
その点、永住権のいいところは、どんな仕事をしてもいいところです。
更新許可申請が不要になる
永住権は、当たり前ですが在留期間がなく、在留期間更新というものがありません。
これはとても大きなメリットです。
就労資格や日本人の配偶者等でも、１年や３年の在留期限がありますので、
期限が近付くと更新申請をしなければなりません。
しかし、永住権は、７年ごとのカード更新がありますが、カードの更新だけで、審査がありません。
安心して日本に長く在住する予定なら、ぜひとも永住権を取る方が安心した生活を送ることができます。
住宅ローンを借りるなら、永住権が必ず必要です
日本に長く住んで働いていると、そのうち結婚して子供ができたりします。
すると、どこの国の人もそうでしょうが、自分の持ち家を持ちたくなることでしょう。
日本でいうマンションというアパートや、一軒家、賃貸住宅ではできなかった
壁紙を変えたりといった内装変更などの自分好みの住み方ができます。
また、子供は家の中を走り回りますので、賃貸住宅では上下左右の家を
気にしなければなりませんでしたが、分譲マンションは防音がしっかりしていますし、
一軒家ならそれこそ子供が家の中を走り回ることを気にすることはありません。
さらに、子供は壁やら何やらそこら中に「お絵かき」をしますので、それも賃貸住宅では大問題になります。
子育て中は、持ち家だと周りを気にせずに済むことができます。
日本の銀行は「永住権」を持った人にしか住宅ローンを貸してくれません。
これはもうどうしようもありません。
それなら、どうするか。
「永住権」
を取るしかありません。
日本にこれからずっと住んで働いて子育てして、という方は、永住権取得が必須です！
婚活に有利
日本に長くいて、そろそろ結婚と思っている独身の方、私がよくおススメするのは
「日本人と結婚」
することです。
日本人と結婚すれば
「日本人の配偶者等」
となることができます。
そして、結婚して3年経てば
「永住許可申請」
をすることができるからです。
さらに、「日本人の配偶者等」なら、どのような仕事もできるので、
居酒屋店員・コンビニ店員も時間制限なしですることができます。
しかし、なかなか外国人の方と日本人との出会いは難しいでしょう。
出会ったとしても、生まれてからの育った環境がちがうので、価値観の違いや
食べ物の好みの違いがあり、恋愛関係になるのも難しいところがあります。
やはり結婚するならば同国人か、近隣国の価値観・食べ物の好みが似ている人となるでしょう。
その場合、自分のポイントを上げる方法は、
「永住者」
となることです。
永住者と結婚すれば
「永住者の配偶者等」
となります。
これは、日本人配偶者等と同じく、どのような仕事もできて、時間制限もありません。
仕事がたくさんできるから結婚するという打算的な人もカンベンかもしれませんが、
ある程度のポイントアップとはなるでしょう。
